WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to a handling period Before they are dispatched.
99% of orders leaves the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. -
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
T-shirts and apparel items should be received within 3 to 4 weeks
off your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
For other specialty and giveaway items please allow up to 5 weeks Delivery
time as they may be shipping from other countries. -
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in North America some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany ,United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will be sometimes be sent in separate packages even if you specified combined shipping please keep this in mind when receive deliveries if you have any questions please contact us

RETURNS
If you wish to get an exchange or refund please return your product by emailing us at support@dopeapparels.com
*Customer will have to cover their own shipping cost
* For damage goods, please contact support with a picture of the damage to get a replacement.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. -
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. -
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
